ACTIV-6: A Clinical Research Study

ACTIV-6 is a virtual study. It is testing medicines that are approved for treating health conditions other than COVID-19 to see if these medicines can also be used for treating COVID-19.

WHAT IS THIS STUDY ABOUT?

The goal of the ACTIV-6 study is to find out if these medicines can help people with mild to moderate COVID-19 feel better faster and stay out of the hospital.


WHO CAN JOIN THIS STUDY?

If you recently tested positive for COVID-19, this study may be for you.
Clinical trials testing investigational COVID-19 treatments need people from diverse backgrounds. This will help researchers find treatments that are safe for—and work faster for—more people. Each person who takes part in the ACTIV-6 study will meet specific criteria, including:
Age Group
At least 30 years old
Condition
Not in the hospital, tested positive for COVID-19
Symptoms
Have had at least two COVID-19 symptoms for no longer than 7 days
